Howard College Rodeo Fall Season in Review
The first half of the 2025 -26 Howard College Rodeo season has officially come to a close after five competitions with the conclusion of the season at the Clarendon College Rodeo.
The Hawks finished the first semester in the newly formed Caprock College Rodeo Region in good standings.
At the conclusion of the first half, the women’s team sits in 5th place and the men’s team in 9th.
“At the halfway point of our rodeo season these students are in a great spot to qualify for the CNFR this next summer”, stated Head Rodeo Coach, Justin Jenkins.
Individual standings see Kayce Liptak in 3rd in barrel racing. Audrey Snyder and Pepito Milian are in 8th place in team roping.
“I have been really pleased at the commitment and drive our team has displayed thus far and we are eager to keep it rolling in the spring. Go Hawks!”, commented Jenkins.
The second half of the season will begin the last weekend of February 2026 at Odessa College.
