2025-26 Promotional Schedule Release
Along with home conference action comes exciting entertainment and free prizes for fans in attendance. With eight conference matchups at home, we have a jam-packed promotional schedule.
On January 5th, the Hawks take on Frank Phillips to open conference play at home. Conference opening night will conclude with a schedule poster signing after the men’s game, featuring both our men’s and women’s basketball teams. This night will also welcome the top 50 students with best attendance from Marcy Elementary to commend them for their consistency and effort in the classroom.
The next home game for the red and black will take place on January 12th as we host New Mexico Junior College. Fans will receive Howard Hawk Thunder Sticks, while supplies last, to help us cheer the home team on to victory. Knock Out Dance Academy will also be in attendance that evening for our halftime entertainment during both the men’s and women’s games.
January 26th will welcome the Hawks back home as we host Clarendon. We will see Knock Out Dance Academy return that evening for more halftime entertainment in both games.
Later that week on January 29th, the Howard Hawks will face South Plains for our Black Out game. Fans in attendance will receive a special Black Out game t-shirt while supplies last. The head-to-head between the Hawks and Texans will see Dance Gallery in attendance for our halftime entertainment during both games.
The next action at home will take place on February 9th when the red and black host New Mexico Military Institute. This matchup will only see our men’s team play, allowing an earlier tip-off at 6:30 p.m. On this evening, the Forsan Drumline will join us for halftime entertainment.
February 19th, Howard College will take on Western Texas. Fans in attendance will receive Howard College Rubber Ducks while supplies last. On this evening, we will have the Sweetwater Jump Rope Team in attendance for halftime entertainment during both games.
The Howard Hawks will face Odessa College next on February 23rd. This matchup will welcome Dance Gallery back to the Dorothy Garrett Coliseum for both halftimes. We will also be giving out Howard College Pom Poms to fans in attendance while supplies last.
March 5th will conclude the conference schedule with a battle between Howard College and Midland. Knock Out Dance will join us one last time for more halftime entertainment to help us close out the regular season.
